NVA
NVA Origins
NVA, a British hi-fi manufacturer, was founded in 1982 by Richard Dunn. The company is known for its distinctive, minimalist amplifier and speaker designs. However, regarding the Senior turntable, there is limited information available. The Senior turntable was reportedly one of only about a dozen units made, known for its high quality but unable to compete commercially against the Linn Sondek LP12. When inquiring about the turntable, Richard Dunn was unable to provide information, suggesting it might not have been a widely documented product within the company’s history. The company has since been taken forward by Tom Danus and Paul Tiernan, who have focused on improving and servicing existing NVA products.
