Origins of Revolver

The Revolver audio company was founded by Colin and Wyn Higham in 1979. They were known for manufacturing a variety of turntables based on the Revolver concept. The company operated until the 1990s when it ceased operations due to Colin’s inability to continue running the business. In 2002, the brand was acquired by Mike Jewitt and Charles Greenlees, but it has since shifted its focus to loudspeaker manufacturing rather than turntables.
