Vestax

Origins of Vestax

Vestax Corporation, a Japanese manufacturer of musical instruments, turntables, and audio equipment, was founded in November 1977 by Hidesato Shiino in Tokyo, Japan. Initially, the company designed and manufactured electronic guitars. In the 1980s, Vestax expanded its product line to include multitrack recorders and later focused on producing DJ mixers, professional turntables, CD players, and signal processors.
