Made by Crescent Industries of Chicago, a budget portable dual-track recorder family: the 903 ran at 3¾ ips, the 907 at 7½ ips, and the 9037 offered both speeds via a push/pull selector. A single-motor drive gave an 80-second fast wind for 1200 feet of tape, with a built-in 2-watt amplifier and neon record-level indicator.
