A German-made recorder that arrived as part of what one contemporary reviewer called an 'invasion from the Continent,' single-speed with a fine-gap recording head (.00016 inch gap) giving extended frequency response for its price class. Push-button deck operation, reels up to 5.75 inches, and just two amplifier controls (volume and tone). The underlying Elektron 9 deck was also used by the short-lived UK Chitnis company.
