The RS-766US was a domestic quality quarter-track stereo three-speed tape deck. Features included a 4-pole motor, twin VU meters, auto shut-off, 5-position transport function lever, separate record level controls for each channel. All in all, a quite unremarkable piece of equipment, aimed at the budget component owner. Price when new in 1968 (UK) 86 GBP 2s, still being listed in 1971.
