An unusual motorless recorder designed to sit atop a gramophone turntable, which supplied the rotational drive for the capstan, pre-dating the similar English Gramdeck by around six years. A separate power unit supplied bias, erase and preamplifier circuitry, with tape speed derived from a 78rpm turntable.
