Additional Information

Early-1960s 'Symphonic' single-speed mono reel-to-reel tape player/recorder - a late-vacuum-tube-era portable (Symphonic Enterprises appears to have imported Japanese-made portable A/V gear). Configuration: five valves in the amplifier including a 'magic-eye' tube used as a simple record-level indicator; belt-driven; heavy metal chassis and mechanics in a stout wooden case; a plain, minimalist front panel. Note: very little is documented about Symphonic; figures beyond this are not reliably available.
