The TEAC X-700R is a high-quality, auto-reverse, 4-track, 2-channel stereo reel-to-reel tape deck produced between 1983 and 1986. It is designed for audiophiles and semi-professional users seeking excellent analog tape performance with advanced features.


Track and Head System

  • 4-track, 2-channel stereo system with six permalloy heads:
    2 erase heads
    2 record heads
    2 playback heads

Tape Transport and Motors
