Additional Information
Czechoslovak Tesla B115 Hi-Fi stereo reel-to-reel (early 1980s), one of Tesla's top domestic models (with the B116), stemming from the B70 series and a clear step up from the B90 and B101.
Drive: single AC motor turning a central pulley with two belts (to the capstan-flywheel and take-up clutch); a four-idler swing-arm assembly handles rewind; improved braking over earlier models. Two tape speeds (9 and 19 cm/s).
Features: built-in hi-fi amplifier (speaker outputs) and a phono preamp, two microphone inputs, VU meters. Still a single-motor design, so it lagged comparable Western decks of the day, but well regarded within Tesla's range.
