Tesla Sonet (Wood Cutter)

Tesla's first mass-produced domestic reel-to-reel recorder, a basic single-speed half-track mono machine built around an extremely robust, simple transport mechanism nicknamed the 'wood-cutter's recorder' in Germany for its ruggedness. Features included a magic-eye recording level indicator and a headphone socket, with a small internal speaker and modest 1.5-watt output amplifier.
