The Dual CS 714Q turntable is a semi-automatic turntable introduced by the German electronics manufacturer Dual in 1978. It features a quartz-locked direct drive system, allowing for precise speed control at 33.3 and 45 RPM.The turntable has a dynamically balanced aluminum platter that measures 305 mm in diameter. It includes a stufenlos verstellbare Antiresonator (stepless adjustable anti-resonator) and a very lightweight Ultra Low Mass (ULM) tonearm with a magnetic cartridge system.The turntable accepts any 1/2" mount cartridge with a weight of 2-10 grams, including the mounting hardware.


The CS 714Q has a built-in pitch control system that allows for a 5.5% adjustment in playback speed. It also has a cue control lever and an automatic tonearm lift.The turntable's power consumption is 4W.
