The Garrard AP75 is a single-play automatic turntable based on the SL75 multiple-play turntable, featuring a Laboratory Series induction motor and a smaller platter and mat from the SL72B. It is an elegant, 3-speed, single record playing unit designed for HiFi enthusiasts, offering advanced features at a reasonable price. The AP75 includes a cue and pause facility, calibrated pickup arm bias compensation, and a slide-in cartridge holder. A single control lever selects both record size and turntable speed for 12" records (78rpm), 7" records (45rpm), and 7, 10, and 12" records (33 1/3rpm).
For servicing the AP75, treat it as an SL95/SL75 from a servicing standpoint.
