Makoxx Custom Signature 1.3

Makoxx Custom Signature 1.3 is high-end turntable prioritizing mechanical isolation, rotational precision, and resonance control to extract maximum fidelity from vinyl records.

The chassis is machined from a single block of slate equipped with a multi-stage suspension: air-bearing feet and viscous damping achieving floor isolation >40dB at 10Hz. The platter is crafted from a 2-inch thick bronze slab delivering rotational inertia >0.5kg·m² via constrained-layer damping to suppress ringing. The main bearing,which is magnetically-stabilized to eliminate thrust wear, is inverted ceramic, oil-bathed with sub-micron tolerances (<0.0005mm runout).

Direct drive using a high-torque BLDC motor with crystal-oscillator servo feedback for <0.001% long-term speed stability and wow/flutter <0.01% peak-peak. Speed control integrates DDS synthesis, phase-locked loops, and platter tachometers for 33.333/45pm with <0.1% variance over 24 hours.

Outboard linear PSU provides galvanic isolation, with DC motor stabilization via chopper regulators.

A range of high-end tonearms can be fitted to the Makoxx Custom Signature 1.3 turntable.
