Acoustic Solid Origins

Acoustic Solid originated in 1996 when Karl Wirth, then employed in the automotive industry in the field of acoustics and precision instruments, decided to build his own high-quality record player. He created the first belt-driven turntable named Solid One in his garage. Friends and acquaintances were enthusiastic about the Solid One and wanted to have one too, leading Karl Wirth to turn his hobby into a business. The company has since grown and now exports to more than forty countries around the globe.
