DNM Origins

The DNM company, which manufactures the Reson Rota 1 turntables, has its origins in the work of Denis Morecroft, a British innovator in the field of audio. Morecroft developed the DNM line of electronics, including the Rota turntable, and introduced the Reson line of phono cartridges. The company’s name, DNM, stands for Denis Morecroft’s initials. The turntables and associated components were developed and built by Karlev Audio AG in Switzerland. The DNM/Reson products have been in production for over two decades, showcasing the company’s commitment to innovative and high-quality audio solutions.
