AEG/Telefunken Magnetophon M15

The AEG Telefunken Magnetophon M15 (also M15A) is a professional studio-grade open-reel tape recorder from 1971–1977, produced by Telefunken under AEG's Magnetophon division in Germany. Designed for broadcast, TV, and record industry master recording, it featured a legendary tape transport with dual capstan design and modular solid-state electronics supporting mono, stereo, pilot-tone sync, and timecode operation.
