The Bang & Olufsen Beogram 1200 is a classic semi-automatic stereo turntable, produced from 1969 to 1972, and designed by Jacob Jensen. It is recognized for its clean, minimalist design and integration as part of the Beosystem 1200, which also included the Beomaster 1200 amplifier and Beocord 1200 cassette deck.
Drive System: Idler wheel and belt-driven, with an asynchronous motor.
Speeds: 33⅓ and 45 rpm.
Operation: Semi-automatic; the arm lowers automatically at the start of a record. Automatic speed selection based on disc size (7", 10", or 12" records).
