Bergmann Audio Galder Signature

The Bergmann Audio Galder Signature turntable is a high-end, air-bearing design engineered for maximum performance and flexibility in a modern audiophile system.

• Airbearing Design:
  Platter: Centered by a steel spindle running in a low-friction, hard-wearing polymeric bearing, the platter floats on a thin air cushion, minimizing mechanical noise and providing excellent isolation from external vibrations.
  Tonearm: Linear tracking air-bearing tonearm (Odin Signature or other compatible arms) rides on a frictionless air cushion, eliminating tracking error and mechanical feedback.

• Plinth and Construction:
  Material: CNC-machined die-cast aluminum (plinth and motorbase), finished in Black Velvet paint.
  Base Plate: 10 mm aluminum, providing a stable foundation.
  Feet: Stainless steel and ceramic ball construction (three upper ceramic balls on one larger lower ceramic ball), ensuring perfect contact and vibration isolation regardless of surface.

  Motor: DC tacho motor with high-precision motor control electronics, ensuring extremely accurate speed (measured speed variation: 0.0027%).

  Shutdown: Air supply automatically turns off two minutes after stopping the platter.
